Loved my nice stay in September. I asked for standard queen room with central heating, multi-channel television and a radio, it was bright.
Clean hotel in a very very good building close to downtown as well as a nice neighbourhood. Away from hustle and bustle, in a central position.

The location was fab, and we could reach Safeway by walking. Magnificent restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
Recently decorated and heated room with big beds. Centrally located close to bus routes to downtown SF.

the stay was absolutely incredible. the hotel was neat, staff was obliging. eggs, tea and coffee they served for breakfast were appetising. i got free upgrade and loved it. relaxed by the pool, it was amazing, especially when the weather was warm.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay in a long time. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of food. I loved the room, which was rather big and romantic. They provided marvellous service too. Carbonated drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel was secure and I loved its fab staff and location. Restaurant was just a pleasant stroll away from the property. It was great to have free coffee in the reception.

It's a pity but water pressure in shower was very low.
Very clean and well-kept place. We had a room with city views. Western Addition district was worth visiting. Exceptional restaurants onsite...
